SRVUSD Annual Update

San Ramon Valley Unified parents are asked to complete an online “Annual Update” to verify household and emergency contact information and complete the annual release acknowledgement and permission requirements.

 

Complete the District Online Annual Update using your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus.

 

The Annual Update window for the 2017-18 school year is scheduled to open on July 26th for Windemere Ranch Middle School. To begin the process, click on the Annual Update link located in the bottom left corner of your Welcome page titled “Online Enrollment Annual Update”.

 

Only one Annual Update is required for each family at a primary address. The message will continue to appear in your inbox until the end of the Annual Update period. Please disregard the message once you have completed your Annual Update. You will receive a confirmation email following completion of the Annual Update process.

WRMS Registration (online and onsite)

 Registration Steps:

  1. Complete Future Fund registration (Link will be live on July 27th)
  2. Bring receipt to onsite registration on August 7th (11-2PM or 4-7PM) or August 8th(8-11AM)
  3. At onsite registration, students will have picture taken, receive ID card, PE Clothes, and PE Locker.

August 14th First Day of School- Minimum Day

August 16th & 17th 6th Grade WEB Social for all WEB attendees (During the school day)

August 23rd Back to School Night, 7pm (6th grade)

August 24th Back to School Night, 7pm (7th &8th grade)

August 21st PTSA meeting & ice cream social, 7pm

August 31st Annual Update Ends.

September 6 GATE Parent Night 6pm
