SRVUSD Annual Update

San Ramon Valley Unified parents are asked to complete an online “Annual Update” to verify household and emergency contact information and complete the annual release acknowledgement and permission requirements.

Complete the District Online Annual Update using your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus.

The Annual Update window for the 2018-19 school year is scheduled to open on July 10th for Windemere Ranch Middle School. To begin the process, click on the Annual Update link located in the bottom left corner of your Welcome page titled “Online Enrollment Annual Update”.

Only one Annual Update is required for each family at a primary address. The message will continue to appear in your inbox until the end of the Annual Update period. Please disregard the message once you have completed your Annual Update. You will receive a confirmation email following completion of the Annual Update process.

Windemere Ranch Middle School Registration

 Registration Steps:

  1. Complete Future Fund registration (Link will be live by July 30th)
  2. Bring receipt to onsite registration on August 6th (10-1PM or 4-7PM) or August 7th(10-1PM)
  3. At onsite registration, students will have picture taken, receive ID card, PE Clothes, and PE Locker.

Online Registration will be live and posted here on July 30th

8th Grade Promotion Pictures

Congratulations to 8th Graders!  Below is the link to view the Promotion Pictures:

ATTN: Incoming 7th Grade Parents – TDAP Needed!

For the 2018-2019 school year all students entering, advancing or transferring into 7th grade will need proof of an adolescent whooping cough booster immunization (called “Tdap”) for school in the fall.   Students who are non-compliant with this policy will NOT be able to attend school until immunizations are completed or a medical exemption is obtained from the physician and submitted to the school.

The Tdap requirement affects all incoming 7th grade students in California, so it’s important to avoid the back-to-school rush and to get children vaccinated now. Tell other parents with children in the 6th grade about the requirement and encourage them to schedule the shot now. If your child has already received this vaccination, please send in the documentation NOW and do not wait until summer or the start of the school year.  If you have already provided us with your proof of Tdap, thank you for doing so.   We are requesting all documentation be turned in BEFORE August 1st, 2018 so that there is ample time to input all the information.  You may also scan the document and send it to Heather Puckett, Registrar, her email addresses given below.

Drop Off/Pick Up: Helpful Hints

Thank you to all the drivers at WRMS for showing patience and courtesy to other drivers. Here are some hints that may lighten traffic and stress on adults.

  1. There is only 1 right hand turn lane into the parking lot  from E. Branch Pkwy coming from Bollinger Canyon Pkwy (if unable to enter, go up to 2nd light, make u-turn, then left turn into parking lot).
  2. Leave the center lane open for through traffic
  3. Please carpool or encourage students to walk/ride a bike, scooter, or skateboard to and from school.WRMS dropoff pickup.gif
